On Monday, November 17th, the Oregon Health Fund Board met for its last public meeting. During this work meeting, the Board added final touches to its report and recommendations that will be delivered to Gov. Kulongoski on Nov. 25th.

The conference opened with a look at health from a global perspective, and as the day progressed, the focus narrowed to the current opportunities here in Oregon for health care change.
