How is the Oregon Health Plan working?

  • What would make it better? Please give us your feedback.

  • Have you had good or bad experiences with OHP? We want to hear about them.

  • Tell us about how your coordinated care organization (CCO) is doing. Your CCO is the local organization that helps you use OHP and see your doctors and providers.

There will be three public meetings for OHA to hear from communities on how to improve Oregon Health Plan’s coordinated care model:

  • Portland – April 20, 9-11 a.m., Mercy Corps Northwest, 43 SW Naito Parkway
  • The Dalles – April 21, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wahtonka High School, 3601 West 10th Street
  • Woodburn – April 28, 9 a.m. to noon, Legacy Health Wellspring Conference Center, 1475 Mt. Hood Ave.

Anyone is welcome, and advance registration is appreciated. More information on the meetings can be found on the press release for events.

If you can’t attend a meeting, you can also provide feedback by emailing CCO2.0@state.or.us

Spanish language interpretation services and food will be at the meetings.

Do you need interpretation in another language? Do you have a request for accommodation? Please contact Stephanie Jarem at stephanie.jarem@state.or.us at least two days before the meeting. Every effort will be made to provide services for requests made closer to the meeting.
