This is an opportunity to be involved in this year’s Portland Aging Well Conference as a breakout session presenter.

The conference will be held at University of Portland’s Buckley Center on Saturday, October 21 from 9:00am-4:00pm and will focus on the following theme: Toward Resilience: Building a Community for All Ages.

The 2017 Aging Well Conference furthers the efforts of the Age-Friendly Portland and Multnomah County initiatives while providing opportunities to advance healthy and active aging and build strong and resilient communities.

We hope that you consider submitting a proposal and help us spread the word about this opportunity. We see the 2017 Aging Well Conference as a great way to share your work, make an impact in the community, and help in furthering the community-based efforts focused on making our community more age friendly. Audience: adults 50+, caregivers, stakeholders working with aging population, healthcare providers, age-friendly community builders.
