It’s estimated that half of lower-income adults will move between Medicaid and subsidized health insurance marketplace plans at least once during the year. In a new blog post, George Washington University’s Sara Rosenbaum looks at insurers that offer complementary health plans, which use a common provider network, for both Medicaid and the marketplace.
