“Homebrew” – hot R&B band featuring OHA director Bruce Goldberg – are headliners at conference

Bruce Goldberg, M.D., knows how to relax. As director of the Oregon Health Authority, he has what The Oregonian called, “The toughest job in Oregon’s government.” To let off steam, he prescribes for himself a healthy dose of rock ‘n’ roll. Goldberg adds, “In my job you have to think a lot, and I find music to be the opposite.”

Working in Concert

He plays harmonica and congas in the R&B band Homebrew, which will provide the closing performance for our 2011 conference, Working in Concert. Other bandmembers are health professionals, too.

Just another good reason to attend our conference on 11/11/2011.
