At our first Membership Conference, held June 14th 2008, Archimedes Movement supporters present approved a new grassroots structure for our organization. Developed by our Interim Steering Committee, the structure calls for the creation of this Community Leadership Council (CLC).
The Community Leadership Council will provide input and participate in decision-making on all organization-wide policies and actions including budgets, grant proposals, and the hiring of staff. Through committees, CLC members and other volunteers can provide leadership in specific areas.
