The seminar will begin at 4 p.m. in Gilfillan Auditorium, 2601 SW Orchard Ave., Corvallis. It's part of a new OSU course on public health policy and politics but will be free and open to the public.
In his talk, "Health Care Reform for the 21st Century," Kitzhaber will discuss the crisis in the health care system and issues of sustainability.
Kitzhaber, who served two terms as governor from 1995 to 2003, announced in September that he will run for a third term as the state's chief executive.
