Op-ed in Oregonian: Kitzhaber for Health Reform Czar

This morning the Oregonian published my opinion piece supporting Dr. John Kitzhaber to become either the next Secretary of Health and Human Services or the Health Reform Czar in the White House Office of Health Reform (or both). I'm very grateful to the editorial staff for publishing the piece, even though they chose a title that focuses on Kitzhaber for HHS (I think he'd be a more effective Czar).
