We Can Do Better is excited to announce we received grant support from the Oregon Health Authority’s Office of Health IT to further spread the work of the Northwest OpenNotes Consortium in Oregon with the goal of more engaged, healthier Oregonians. This funding is provided through Oregon’s State Innovation (SIM) grant. The SIM grant supports projects that advance health system transformation efforts. The Northwest OpenNotes Consortium has made it easier for over 1 Million patients in the northwest to access their medical records.
