In this keynote address to the 20th Annual National Forum of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, John Kitzhaber, MD, discusses changes to the health care delivery system necessary to improve health and lower costs. Kitzhaber was governor of Oregon from 1995 to 2003 and was again elected in 2010.
In 2006 he founded the Archimedes Movement, which is now know as We Can Do Better.
